In 2011, Atlantis will be the first to charter the largest cruise ship ever built: the brand new Allure of the Seas. We’re celebrating 20 years of all-gay vacations with a remarkable cruise on the largest and most extravagant ship ever built. It won’t be like anything you’ve ever experienced before, and it will be unforgettable.

The Allure cruise is SOLD OUT and the waitlist is currently closed. If we are able to accommodate any more guests, we will send out an email notification to our entire list.

We’re planning the biggest celebration in our history to kick-off our 21st year of creating original all-gay vacations. Nearly 6000 gay and lesbian guests from around the world will sail the largest ship ever built, creating a community of truly epic proportions. We’ll sail from sunny Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, St. Maarten, and St. Thomas for an unforgettable week of entertainment, parties, camaraderie, and pure magic.

New in Every Way

Forget everything you know about cruising. Once you set foot on the Allure of the Seas you’ll enter into a world of technical marvel and boundless human spirit. Play in seven distinctive neighborhoods, including Central Park and the Boardwalk. Do things you never thought possible on a ship, like fly on a zip line, take in a high-diving show, have a drink at a bar that rises 3 stories, or learn to surf on FlowRider 150 feet above the ocean! There’s so much to do and see onboard that words don’t really do it justice. Take a look at our videos, virtual tour, and deckplans to really get a sense of what Allure has to offer.

In so many ways, the Allure is such a destination that you might forget that we’re visiting some of the most popular islands in the Caribbean. Between our spectacular days at sea you’ll have time for world-class shopping while exploring the charming streets of Nassau. Relax on the beautiful and sophisticated beaches of St. Thomas, or visit tranquil St. John. And immerse yourself in the French and Dutch cultures of fascinating St. Maarten, one of our all-time favorite islands in the Caribbean.

Entertainment Redefined

Allure features more incomparable spaces for entertainment than any ship every built. Throughout the ship we’ll present the top gay and lesbian comics, singers, cabaret stars, and original acts that have defined Atlantis over the years, plus a few surprises. The mood will literally be a round-the-clock festival of entertainment, with something for absolutely every taste.

The venues are simply amazing. Start with the massive Broadway-style theater, featuring a full production of the musical “Chicago” along with two of the largest shows ever designed for a cruise ship. This will also be our home for our larger main stage shows. But that’s just the beginning. Studio B features a world-class ice-skating show and will be converted to a concert venue to showcase our musical acts. Boleros is perfect for enjoying live latin and salsa music with a cold Mojito. Rising stars and superstars will keep you laughing at our intimate comedy club. And there’s nothing like the massive AquaTheater where a superlative water show and high-diving spectacle awaits you under the stars.

So, how will we handle the crowds with all this spectacular entertainment? Easy. The main theater holds around 1500 guests and Atlantis will run at least 3 or 4 showing of every major show to accommodate all of you. On any night, you’ll find incredible shows throughout the ship in the theater, Studio B, and AquaTheater. The Allure has a ticketing system to allow you to reserve your space effortlessly so you will always be guaranteed a seat. You’ll just have to plan a little...

That said, there is no way to see everything we have to offer. It’s literally impossible!

And Do We Have a Party

Over the past 20 years, Atlantis has produced some 3000 or so party events, in venues ranging from a palapa hanging over the Caribbean to sprawling cruise ship decks. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly welcoming environment for everyone with musical styles that range from campy to cutting edge. Our DJs are leaders in our community and our productions are simply over-the-top technically with sound, lighting, and lasers to keep you entertained well into the night.

The Allure offers us some of the most original venues we’ve ever conceived, perfect to present a wide range of events for every musical taste. The outdoor Solarium provides a perfect setting for our outrageous theme parties, with four elevated wood dance floors and a massive open space for dancing. Late night and cutting-edge music can be found in Studio B, featuring spectacular lasers and an insane light show. We’ll serve up several evenings of dance classics in Dazzles, or alternative music in Blaze. And no Atlantis cruise would be complete without our sensational outdoor t-dances.
